1. Into the spring compression test interface, there will be four kinds of test methods: compress the fixed height force, compress the fixed deformation force, compress the fixed force to measure the height, compress the fixed force to measure the deformation, and select different test methods to perform the following operations.
2. Take the compressed height measurement force as an example, enter the parameter setting interface, set or modify the corresponding parameters according to the requirements of the spring. The initial force is the force value when the pressure plate contacts the spring and is used to record the free height of the spring. H1> H2> H3> H4> H5 is required for setting. If the detection point is less than 5, no point must be set to 0.
3. Enter the main interface of the spring tester test operation, set the test speed, and then run the spring tester until the upper and lower two platens are adjusted to the appropriate position, measure the actual distance between the two jaws with a caliper, and input the data into the displacement Department.
4. When the upper and lower platens are brought into contact with a small force (0.1% of full scale) at a certain speed, the displacement is cleared. There are several considerations for this method:
1) Improper operation of this method may easily cause damage to the sensor. Pay attention to the operation. 2) When the upper and lower platens are in rapid contact, be sure to press the stop button to stop the beam and press the emergency stop switch.
3) When hand-rotating the handwheel, do not apply too much force. The upper and lower pressure plates can contact with a small force.
5. Press the test key to make the upper pressure plate down. When the force value reaches the set initial force, the spring height H0 will be automatically recorded. Then the test machine will decelerate in turn and record the corresponding points of H1, H2, H3, H4 and H5. Force value 6. Save the test data or print it out. 7.
