Recently, in the assembly technology of the 840/900 double laminate machine, we have summarized several improvements in practice:
1. Change the chain of the chain into and hang. The transmission mode of the original double-layered tile chain is string hanging, and all the chains are sequentially driven. Its characteristic is that the hanging chain is convenient and easy to operate. But there are many drawbacks. For example, the bearing capacity of the secondary active chain is too large, and the chain is easily broken when the machine is running at full load; the link chain between the upper and lower layers is easy to slap the shaft due to the limitation of the design angle, and wears the chain. In view of this, our improvement measures are to change the chain of the upper and lower layers into a parallel transmission mode, and the upper and lower layers are respectively provided with active chain bars, all of which are directly driven by the motor. Effectively decomposes the bearing pressure of the secondary active chain, and the vertical axis of the upper and lower chain links does not occur.
2. Upper and lower clutch settings. As long as the traditional two-layer equipment works, most of the upper and lower layers work together. However, it is impossible to press the upper and lower layers at the same time, and only one type can be used. The other device runs in vain and wastes power, while also wearing equipment. In order to solve this problem, some manufacturers use dual motors as the upper and lower layers respectively, but this undoubtedly increases the cost of equipment and increases the investment of customers. Through investigation and exploration practice, we quoted the current clutch settings, which can control the upper and lower layers of the equipment separately, which layer will work on which layer, and the other layer will remain stationary. This problem has been effectively solved without increasing the cost.
3. Dust cover configuration. The double-layer machine shaft heads are all equipped with dust-proof cover, which is effective in dustproof and sand-proof, enhances safety protection and is more suitable for outdoor work.
