Successful development of protein chip biosensor system

Under the support of the Knowledge Innovation Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Microgravity Laboratory of the Institute of Mechanics has successfully developed the “Protein Chip Biosensor System” and its practical prototype after years of efforts.
This study combines a variety of protein active microarrays, biomolecular specific binding, and high-resolution ellipsometry optical imaging technology to provide a new type of label-free protein analysis technology. The protein chip biosensor system is characterized in that it uses a single non-labeling reagent to detect target molecules, which can better maintain the activity of biomolecules, reduce the influence of non-specific signals, improve the sensitivity of protein molecule interaction detection, and display in real time and intuitively. The result is detected and has the function of discriminating the false signal. It realizes protein solution transport, protein chip preparation and protein interaction in the same microchannel protein chip reactor system. It has 48 independent units, which can simultaneously detect multiple samples and multiple indicators, effectively reducing detection time. And sample consumption. In addition, when using this system for the detection of protein samples, there is almost no chip fabrication cost except reagents.
Taking the detection of five indicators of hepatitis B as an example, using the current clinical enzyme-linked immunoassay method, it takes at least 1 day to get the results, and the protein chip detection system takes only 40 minutes, which greatly improves the detection efficiency; the traditional detection method requires at least A few milliliters of blood, and the new system uses a micro-channel protein chip reactor to achieve high-sensitivity optical contactless, undisturbed, label-free multi-molecule detection technology, which requires only tens of microliters of blood to obtain test results. Significantly reduced sample consumption.
Due to its high throughput, the device can be applied to the detection of protein and protein profiles, identification of disease markers and drug screening. At present, it has successfully implemented a variety of application experiments such as simultaneous detection of five indicators of hepatitis B, detection of tumor markers, detection of trace antigens, detection of SARS antibody drugs, detection of viruses and detection of acute cardiac infarction diagnostic markers, showing in the field of biomedicine. Wide application prospects.
At the results appraisal meeting on July 5, experts such as Academician Zhang Shuyi agreed that the protein chip biosensor system has a high degree of automation and system integration, reaching the international advanced level.

Online Auction

Online auction is a market economic process that takes the Internet as the platform and competitive price as the core, establishes the communication and interaction mechanism between producers and consumers, and jointly determines the price and quantity to achieve equilibrium. The so-called online auction refers to the price negotiation and trading activities carried out on the Internet, that is, the use of the Internet to publicly publish the information of the goods or services to be tendered on the website, and sell it to the highest or lowest bidder through competitive bidding. Its essence is a market economic process that takes competitive price as the core, establishes the communication and interaction mechanism between producers and consumers, and jointly determines the price and quantity, so as to achieve equilibrium.
