On the basis of establishing the 3D model library of automobile body press line, the virtual environment is constructed to complete the assembly process of each component of the press line, and the assembly result is verified by simulation means. Therefore, the operator can visually see the result of the assembly through real-time information feedback and interaction with the assembly process, and on the basis of this, perform interference check and layout adjustment between the components, thereby realizing the use of virtual reality means to achieve stamping. Press line solid modeling
The core problem of solid modeling of press line is to solve how to express and store the data information of each part of the press line in the virtual environment, so that it can fully support the assembly process planning, assembly analysis and evaluation, and provide the required information data for assembly simulation. . 1. Basic modeling work of press line
