Recently, the scientific and technological achievements of the “Study and Application of Precision Construction Measurement System for Ballastless Tracks†completed by China Railway 16th Bureau Group have passed the appraisal of relevant departments of Beijing, and the research results have reached the international advanced level.
The research and application of “Precision Construction Measurement System for Ballastless Tracks†is the 2012 Science and Technology Plan of China Railway 16th Bureau. After three years of technical research, the research team has developed measurements for different track plate types and track adjustments. The standard frame and the track inspection trolley for precision measurement of the track have developed a universal processing software system for the flawless track precision measurement compatible with the measurement frame and the track inspection trolley, and optimized the process flow. The research results are in the Guiguang high-speed railway and the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway. The projects of Jiangxi section, Chengyu passenger special, Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway extension line have been successfully applied and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
The main methods and processes are adopted by the revised national standard “Measures for Measurement of Urban Rail Transit Engineeringâ€.
