However, in the process of using the patrol stick, sometimes the patrol stick is faulty, which makes it impossible to respond urgently. When encountering a faulty situation, you need to judge it yourself and carry out detailed inspection. Then, according to the inspection situation, reasonable treatment is carried out.
Fault 1: When the software that encounters the patrol stick cannot be opened, it should be checked in turn: whether the connection between the transmitter and the computer is properly connected; whether the COM port is correctly selected; whether the password key is in contact with the download port correctly; whether the power supply is connected properly. After the inspection, the faults are dealt with in the following order: plug the cable firmly; select the correct COM; re-contact the download port with the password key; connect the power cord.
Fault 2: When encountering the patrol stick data transmission is not in the computer, check the following seven points separately: whether the input/output terminal of the patrol stick is inserted in the download port of the transmitter; whether the patrol stick has been turned on; the transmitter Whether there is foreign matter or dust in the download port; whether the patrol stick green light is on; the computer display data is not read; the red light, the green light or the two lights are long; the time is displayed at the same time. Then, the corresponding processing method is: after the patrol stick is read in and the output end is inserted into the transmission port, turn it to make it close to the transmission port; check it, if it is not turned on, please turn it on and try again; wipe it with a soft cloth. Transmission port; download when the green light is on; there is shaking when downloading, continue to download; CPU is chaotic, power off reset and recharge; there is a problem with the clock circuit.
Fault 3: When the patrol stick can't read the data, first check if there is voltage on the read/output end of the patrol stick. (The normal voltage is: the new 2.8V-3V, the old 3.5V-4V.) Next, check if the patrol stick reading is contaminated with dust. If there is, wipe the reader with a soft cloth. Try again.
