Railway locomotive bearing refers to the bearing used in locomotives and vehicles. (1) Cylindrical roller bearing diesel locomotives and electric locomotives Most of the axle boxes are cylindrical roller bearings. The first two are the following.
1) Four-row cylindrical roller bearing The earliest choice of China's locomotive axlebox bearings and the largest number of loading is the four-row cylindrical roller bearing 972832. The bearing has high bearing capacity; long life; its additional dynamic load is 1445kN. Can only accept radial load; can not accept axial load; therefore, it must be equipped in the axle box to accept axial force.
2) Double row cylindrical roller bearings China Dongfanghong 2, 3, 5, 21 and Beijing type locomotive axleboxes use double row cylindrical roller bearings 982832T; the bearing receives radial force; and the angular contact ball bearing 146132T accepts Axial load.
Although the above two types of bearings are in satisfactory condition, they require a thrust bearing and cushioning equipment; therefore, the quality is large; the price is high and the layout is disordered; the failure rate is relatively high. Actually; the axial force of the axle is not very high. Large; and the effect is short; the cumulative effect time is usually only 3% of the total working time, other axle boxes are air-cooled during work; the bearing temperature rise is not too high; therefore, many foreign locomotives use two sets of inner ring gears Single row cylindrical roller bearings of the ring. China's locomotive production company (including passenger car axle box bearings) has gradually selected such bearings. On the six-axle locomotive; 1, 3, 4, 6-bit axle box inside is installed 552732QT, outside loading 752732QT, 2,5-position axle axle box is equipped with 552732QT on the inside; 652732QT on the outside is installed to ensure its strength and meet the service life; such bearings use vacuum degassing steel or electroslag remelting steel; and adopt some layout design Strengthening measures; such as ferrule ribbed bevel, roller with ball end face, roller with crown (logarithmic roller), increase roller diameter, improve cage, etc.
