The working principle of the smart IC card: When the smart IC card is near the induction area of ​​the credit card machine, the magnetic field of the coil and the induction area produces cutting magnetic force lines, the coil generates current, and the voltage generated when the current reaches a certain level activates the smart IC card chip, In this way, information is transmitted between the chip and the card reader through the magnetic field in the sensing area.
It can be seen that to protect smart IC cards, we must pay attention to several aspects:
1. Do not bend the smart IC card, and do not punch the smart IC card. This may damage the chip or the coil.
2, do not close to high temperature environment. The shell of the smart IC card is made of PVC material, and the high temperature will deform or even burn the PVC, which will directly damage the chip or the coil.
3, do not close to the magnetic field environment, such as mobile phones, radios, motors and other places where the magnetic field. Some of my friends will say that there is no problem with my smart IC card next to the phone. We should note that placing smart IC cards in a magnetic field environment will not necessarily result in damage to the smart IC card, but may result in damage. Because, as we said above, the voltage will activate the chip. If the voltage is too high, it may break through the chip. This process is just a moment.
4. Do not put the smart IC card in a humid environment for long periods of time. Although the smart IC card is the national standard quality, it is no problem to place it in water.
