What are the physical quantities that characterize bearing oscillations?
The physical quantities that characterize the bearing oscillations are oscillating displacement; oscillation speed; oscillation acceleration.
The oscillation level and scope of application?
Bearing oscillation (acceleration) is divided into four grades: Z, Z1, Z2, and Z3.
Bearing oscillation (speed) is divided into four levels of V, V1, V2, V3.
Z and V grades are applicable to the bearing manufacturer's inspection of deep groove ball bearings in the scope of the specification rules.
Z1 and V1 are suitable for inspection of bearing products that have normal requirements for bearing oscillation.
Z2 and V2 are applicable to Y series motors and other motor bearings of corresponding requirements.
Z3 and V3 are suitable for the strict demand of oscillation. This level has international advanced level.
