The country raises refined oil prices

On May 9, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice that in accordance with the current mechanism for determining the price of refined oil, it was decided to raise the price of gasoline and diesel by 95 yuan per ton and measure the retail price of gasoline No. 90 and diesel No. 0 (average of the country) per liter. Increase 0.07 yuan and 0.08 yuan, the implementation of the price adjustment time is 24 hours on May 9.

The increase in the price of refined oil products was determined based on the changes in the average price of crude oil in the international market over the 10 working days before May 9.

The notice requires that PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC should organize the production and transfer of refined oil to ensure a stable supply of the refined oil market. The competent price departments at all levels should increase the supervision and inspection of the market, severely investigate and punish acts that do not implement state price policies, and maintain the normal market order.
