The subject uses chemical vapor deposition (CVD) to coat the surface of the hard alloy drawing die and other wear-resistant devices with a nano-diamond composite coating. The mature process for preparing the nano-diamond coating is obtained, and the nano-coating is completed. Layer structure and performance testing work, using nano-diamond composite coating technology to research and develop a variety of coating drawing molds and wear-resistant device products, solving key technical problems such as coating adhesion, uniform coating and coating surface finish.
