The change in base metal stocks on the London Metal Exchange on July 29 was as follows: Copper inventories increased by 3,350 tons, with a total stock of 30,900 tons. Aluminum inventories increased by 75 tons and the total stock was 533,275 tons. Tin inventory increased by 365 tons, with a total stock of 3,790 tons. The lead stock is 4,500 tons and the total stock is 64,650 tons. Zinc stocks decreased by 775 tons and the total stock was 582,475 tons. Nickel stocks were reduced by 48 tons and the total stock was 6,990 tons. Aluminum alloy stocks remained flat with a total stock of 46,300 tons.
