How to add nutrient solution to edible fungus?
1. The method of adding nutrient solution should be scientific. The methods of supplementing the edible fungi are spraying, soaking and filling. Spray application to a large number of occurrences of fruiting bodies. The common method is to prepare a certain concentration of nutrient solution, combined with hydrating, spraying on the bacteria bed and the bacteria block. Spraying the nutrient solution is best done at low tide. Pay attention to the nozzle when spraying, not facing the fruiting body. At the same time pay attention to the four non-spray: young mushroom buds do not spray, just picking mushrooms or mushroom residue does not spray, the air humidity is too large to spray. Do not spray when the pests and diseases in the mushroom shed are serious. Soaking is mainly suitable for bagging or block planting methods. After collecting 1~2 oyster mushrooms, if the bacteria bag (block) is seriously deficient in water, soak the bag or block in the nutrient solution, but the soaking time should not be too long. If the water is too much, you can divide it. Soak once. The acupoints are mainly used on the bed of bacteria. When the mushroom bed has more mushrooms, the nutrient consumption is too large. The method is to open the soil on the bed of bacteria, insert a funnel into the surface of the material to fill 4 to 7 ml, the hole distance is 10 cm, and the soil is covered after adding liquid.
2. Add nutrient solution concentration should be appropriate. If the concentration of nutrient solution is too high, it will hinder the growth of mycelium; if the concentration is too low, the effect of increasing yield is not obvious. At the appropriate concentration, the addition should also depend on the humidity in the material. If the humidity of the culture material is too high, the concentration of the nutrient solution can be appropriately increased, the water consumption can be reduced, the ventilation can be enhanced after the nutrient solution is supplemented, and the concentration is reduced, and the water consumption is increased.
3. Add nutrient solution to pay attention to environmental changes. Generally, when the temperature is higher than 20 °C, the mushroom hyphae are difficult to form fruit bodies, and the rehydration should be stopped. The glucose solution, the soy milk juice, and the human excrement urine should not be replenished when the temperature is above 18 °C, or in the nutrient solution. Add an appropriate amount of bacteriostatic agent to prevent the spread of bacteria.
4. Alternately add different nutrient solutions. Several nutrient solutions are used alternately or in combination to meet the requirements of different nutrients for edible fungi. Generally, nutrient solution added with nutrients is applied first, followed by high-efficiency nutrient solution. If the hormonal method is used to stimulate the growth of edible fungi, hormones should be used after supplementing the nutrient.
5. Correct application of organic fertilizer. Composting and excrement should be fully fermented or autoclaved, and plant leachate such as bean juice and potato juice should be used now.
