7. During the trial mould or production process, the aluminum alloy profile mould shall be shut down immediately if any phenomena such as blockage, partial toothing, and too fast or slow deviation are found, and the mold shall be unloaded in a manner to avoid mold scrap.

8. In the trial production or aluminum production process, the discharge port must be unobstructed, and the slip support or fixture should be reasonably grasped according to the discharge conditions. Observe the abnormal situation at any time, and deal with it in time, and immediately stop the machine during the shutdown.

Nine, straightening process, we must carefully test before and after the change, operating specifications, moderate force, strict product quality.

X. According to the aluminum production schedule, it requires a reasonable length. When sawing, the saw tooth feeding speed cannot be too fast. To avoid injuring the end, the end must be clamped and the flash and burr must be removed.
