4. When the F light is on, the infrared anti-collision function is started. At this time, the automatic revolving door cannot rotate. At this time, it is necessary to check whether infrared radiation sensor on both sides of the sensor block, or because of the deformation of the door, resulting in both sides of the infrared radiation sensor can not accurately transmit and receive signals.

To eliminate the malfunction, you can check whether the infrared radiation sensor accurately transmits and receives the signal. When the sliding door can be normally closed, the D and F lights will go out.

5. When all the three fault light groups are on, this means that there is no power supply, and the automatic revolving door will change from the revolving door mode to the sliding door mode without affecting the traffic.

Troubleshooting of large automatic revolving doors is generally complicated and requires professional operations.

For example: open the start key switch, automatic revolving door does not run, the sensor has a sensing action. At this time, it is generally necessary to check the main circuit board in the computer control box for insurance, whether the doors are in the correct position, whether the emergency stop switch of the revolving door is working, whether the key switch is in the starting position, and whether the safety sensors work or not.

If there is a problem with the revolving door, it needs to be repaired. The revolving door repair method is to inspect the various parts on the door to see if there is a loosening phenomenon, and if so, it can be directly reinforced. Then check the parts for wear and if any, replace the door parts. Then check the pulleys. If there are no problems, always add some lubricant.
