1 Scope This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation, storage and contract content of general industrial aluminum and aluminum alloy drawn bars.
This standard applies to aluminum and aluminum alloy drawn round bar, square bar (square bar) and rectangular bar (flat bar).

3 requirements
3.1 Product Categories
3.1.1 Brand, Status and Specifications
The winning combination number, supply status and specifications of bars shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.

3.1.2 Tagging Example
3.1.2.1 High-precision rods made of 2024 alloy, supplied in T351, 30 mm in diameter, and 3,000 mm in length, marked as:

3.2 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of the bar should meet the requirements of GB/T 3190.
3.3 Dimensions and Allowable Deviations
3.3.1 section size and allowable deviation
3.3.1.1 The round bar diameter and its allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

3.3.1.2 The specified width, thickness or side length of flat bars, square bars and their allowable deviations shall comply with the requirements of Table 3.

3.3.1.3 Corner radius of square bars or flat bars
The corner radius of square or flat bars should meet the requirements of Table 4.

3.3.2 Bend
3.3.2.1 The degree of curvature of the bar is the curvature of the bar that is placed on the platform and still exists under its own weight.
3.3.2.2 Round bars are bent longitudinally. Bars with a diameter of not more than 10 mm are allowed to be bent by lightly pressing by hand. Other specifications of round bars: the length per meter is not more than 3 mm and the total length is cumulative. According to the requirements of the buyer, the high-precision bending is not more than 2mm/m and the total length is accumulated, but it must be specified in the contract.
3.3.2.3 Longitudinal bending of square bars or flat bars shall comply with the requirements of Table 5. When a high level of precision is required, it should be stated in the contract. If it is not specified, it will be executed at the ordinary level.

3.3.2.4 Square bars or flat bars are allowed to have individual slight waves, the amplitude of which does not exceed 1 mm.
3.3.3 cut slope
The end face of the bar should be cut flat, and the cut slope should not exceed 3°.
3.3.4 Twistness
The twisting degree of any part of the square or flat bar around the vertical axis is not allowed to exceed 8° in the length of the ordinary grade and the total length is accumulated; the length of the high-grade grade per meter is not allowed to exceed 2°, and the total length is not allowed to exceed 7°.
3.3.5 Planar gap of square bars or flat bars
3.3.5.1 Plane clearance of square bars or flat bars is the value of the gap between the bottom surface of the bar and the platform or ruler measured along the side length of the square bar or the width direction of the flat bars.
3.3.5.2 The plane gap of square bars or flat bars shall comply with the provisions of Table 6. When high-grade precision is required, it should be stated in the contract.

3.3.6 Bar length and allowable deviation
The length of the bar can be supplied in varying lengths, lengths or multiples, and its length can range from 1 to 6 m. Bars supplied with double bars shall be provided with a sawing allowance, calculated by 5 mm for each kerf. The allowable longitudinal length deviation should not exceed 15?
3.4 Mechanical properties
The room-temperature longitudinal mechanical properties of general industrial aluminum and aluminum alloy rods should meet the requirements of Table 7.

3.5 Low magnification organization
3.5.1 No segregation, non-metal inclusions, cracks, and shrinkage are allowed on the low-magnification specimens of bars.
3.5.2 The depth of stratification shall not exceed half of the negative deviation of the bar. After negotiation between supply and demand sides, unlayered bars can be supplied.
3.5.3 Bars with a diameter of less than 20mm do not check low magnification.
3.5.4 Depth of coarse-grained rings on low-power specimens: The coarse-grained rings are not tested when not specified in the contract. When the coarse-grained ring test is specified in the contract, the coarse-grained ring depth of 2A12, 2A11, 6A02, 7A04, 7A09, 7075 is not more than 8mm. When stricter requirements are imposed on the coarse-grained rings, the two parties can negotiate and resolve them.
If the coarse-grained ring is beyond the specified depth, the coarse-grained region can be sampled for mechanical properties. If the mechanical properties meet the specifications in Table 5, the coarse-grained region is allowed to exist.
3.6 Microstructure
The microstructure of the bar does not allow overheating.
3.7 Surface quality
3.7.1 Corrosion, cracks, peeling, bubbles and rough scratches are not allowed on the bar surface.
3.7.2 The surface of the bar is allowed to have pressure craters, scratches, oxidized colors, non-rough black and white spots, and spiral bright bars due to straightening that do not exceed the negative deviation of the diameter.
3.7.3 Defects in the surface of the bar allow for inspection grinding, but the smaller diameter or thickness of the bar should be ensured.
4 test methods
4.1 Chemical Analysis Methods
Bar chemical composition analysis sampling according to GB/T17432 regulations, chemical composition arbitration analysis method using GB/T6987 requirements.
4.2 Dimension Measurement Method
The bar diameter or width and thickness are measured with a measuring tool with an accuracy of not less than 0.01 mm, and the length is measured with a metre.
4.3 Mechanical Properties Test Methods
The tensile properties of bars at room temperature shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16865. The test method should comply with the provisions of GB/T228.
1.1 Low magnification tissue inspection method
The low magnification tissue inspection method for bars shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3246.2.
1.2 Microscopic examination methods
Bar microstructure inspection method shall comply with GB/T 3246.1 regulations.
1.3 Inspection of Surface Quality
The surface quality of the bar was visually inspected. When the depth is difficult to determine, the grinding method can be used for inspection.
2 inspection rules
2.1 Inspection and acceptance
2.1.1 The bar shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard and fill in the quality certificate.
2.1.2 The acquirer shall respond to the product received for retesting in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the results of the re-inspection are inconsistent with the provisions of this standard and the ordering contract, they shall be submitted to the supplier in writing and shall be settled through consultation between the supplier and the buyer. An objection that is of appearance quality and dimensional deviation shall be filed within one month from the date of receipt of the product. The objection to other performance shall be filed within three months from the date of receipt of the product. If arbitration is required, arbitration sampling should be conducted jointly by both parties.
