What causes chlorination of herbicides?

Therefore, the rational use of herbicides is a guarantee for the good growth of corn. However, the use of herbicides in corn production can cause phytotoxicity for a variety of reasons.
1. Improper use period:
The different growth stages of crops have different sensitivities to herbicides. Yishen and Yujingxiang are generally used in the 3~5 leaf stage of corn. Below 2 leaves or above 6 leaves, it is easy to cause phytotoxicity. Yujingxiang can be applied at the 6~9 leaf stage of corn, but it should be sprayed in a direction to avoid contact with the heart leaf.
2, improper use:
Corn treated with organophosphorus pesticides is sensitive to Yujingxiang, with an interval of at least 7 days.
3. Weather reasons:
In the early stage of corn growth, it encounters high temperature and drought, and the growth of corn is weak, and the resistance to herbicides is reduced, which is easy to cause phytotoxicity. After application, the temperature is low and rainy, and the light is less, which is not conducive to the growth of corn and is also prone to phytotoxicity.
4. Individual corn varieties are sensitive to pesticides:
Yiyi is sensitive to the “Denghai” series. Yujingxiang is sensitive to the “Denghai” series, sweet corn, and cracked corn varieties. It is forbidden to use on these varieties.
