In the production of two-color aluminum profiles, the rational choice of film is the key. If the viscosity of the film is too low, it cannot be affixed. The film is easily peeled off and it is quite difficult to spray. The viscosity of the film is too large, which means that the glue on the film is relatively large. When the film is peeled off, the glue on the film can be easily adhered to the section and affect the surface quality of the section. On the other hand, when choosing the film, use glue as much as possible. The composition is consistent with or close to the paint composition, which can reduce the impact on the film color.

(2) Select a film with a proper width and thickness; due to the complex shape of the aluminum profile, the appearance of the aluminum profile is wider and narrower, and it is easier to blow up the flash, reducing the covering ability of the film and affecting the coating quality. If the film is too narrow, it cannot be covered. Obviously it cannot be sprayed. (3) Apply paint immediately after filming. After the film is coated, the paint should be sprayed in time. The shorter the parking time, the better. If the parking time is too long, the glue on the film is dry and the viscosity is lost. In particular, the wind blows and the film peels off, which makes it difficult to spray. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the film and coating, the general parking time after the film should not exceed 16h.

(4) Determine the color, interface, and dividing line. Before the aluminum profiles are sprayed, they must clearly distinguish the color of each surface to be sprayed according to the use function of the profile and the customer's requirements (contract requirements). The formation of too much tension, it is sufficient to say that the foil can not be deformed, otherwise sticking the foil is easy to shrink, so that there is no foil on both ends of the aluminum profile; on the other hand, when the two ends of the aluminum foil is disconnected, use The blade cut, but not broken, otherwise, the broken film still shrink; second, the width of the film should be consistent with the width of the veneer, under normal circumstances, the width of the film is slightly larger than the width of the aluminum profile, if the film is too wide , Excessive aluminum edge too much, when spraying, it is easy to be blown by compressed air, if the film is too narrow, can not be completely covered, obviously not enough; Fourth, the veneer boundary line at the edge of the groove, be sure to; The flash edge is pressed into the groove, otherwise, the air flow is easy to be blown when sprayed, which affects the spray quality of the aluminum profile. Fifth, when the film is applied, the film must be flattened to prevent wrinkling, curling, etc. Sixth, for profiles with complex cross-sectional shapes, if a film is difficult to apply, it can be applied in two or more layers to ensure the coverage of the film. (6) Strictly carry out the filming process. Aluminium foil must be pasted after the previous coating and not allowed to be applied directly after chrome plating.
