The PP-R tube is also called a three-type polypropylene tube, which is extruded into a tube by random copolymer polypropylene, and is injection molded into a tube. It is a new type of plastic pipe product developed and applied in Europe in the early 1990s. The PP pipe was a new generation of pipe material by a gas phase copolymerization process in which the 5% or so PE was randomly and uniformly polymerized (random copolymerization) in the molecular chain of PP by a gas phase copolymerization process. 1. The bottom of the buried pipeline should be flat and there should be no protruding sharp objects. The particle size of the original soil should not be greater than 12mm, and if necessary, a 100mm thick sand cushion can be laid. The backfilling soil around the pipeline should be filled to the top of the pipe 300mm. After the compaction, the original soil can be backfilled. The buried depth of the indoor buried pipeline should not be less than 300mm.
2. Each PP pipe manufacturer has specific requirements for the design, use and installation of its products. The engineering practice shows that the following points should be paid attention to in particular: the full consideration of the thermal expansion of the pipeline should be taken into consideration, and the necessary measures should be taken according to the specific conditions. Practice has shown that there are usually several ways to solve this problem:
(1) Small-diameter pipes should be applied as directly as possible.
(2) In the dark and non-buried (pipe wells, trenches, etc.) dark pipelines, free compensation is used wherever possible under space conditions.
(3) The pipe is reinforced with a semi-circular metal pallet.
(4) Constraint pipe deformation with dense pipe clamps. This method can be adopted under the conditions that the above three methods are not subject to conditional restrictions.
(5) The above four methods are used in combination, and appropriate combinations are adopted according to the actual conditions of the PP pipe.
(6) Using a metal compensator. This method is generally not recommended unless it is important and convenient to repair. Because the mechanical connection between the metal compensator and the PP-R pipe is a non-permanent connection, the leakage point is easy to occur; in addition, the metal compensator is more expensive and the compensation amount is smaller, which is not suitable for the thermal expansion compensation of the plastic water supply pipe. .
(7) Strictly follow the welding operation rules and other safety construction regulations. Due to the strict requirements of the welding depth, heating time and plugging time of PP-R pipes with different diameters and different pipe diameters, it is not allowed to rotate the pipe and pipe fittings during heating and plugging process, otherwise the welding quality is easy to occur. problem.
