2. During operation, proper control of temperature and pressure is very important. If the control is not good, it is easy to cause accidents and may even damage the machine. When heating and embossing and shaping, the problem can be controlled according to the material characteristics. Under normal circumstances, the temperature can be controlled between 40-90 °C. It is forbidden to use embossing three-dimensional printing with ultra-high temperature to prevent discoloration or deformation of the printed product and avoid the roller. The body is deformed by the influence of high temperature. The working pressure during embossing should be controlled according to the thickness and density of the printed materials, as appropriate, in the range of 3-8mpa. 5. When pressing different patterns to replace the pattern roll, first loosen the 6 screws on the roller support beam, remove the heating tube on the drive chain and the pattern roll, and then remove the upper part of the bearing block at both ends of the pattern roll. Then use a belt or a soft and flexible rope sleeve to balance and lift on the drum. Quality control during disassembly, avoid using iron rollers or other hard objects to rub, pad and hit the surface of the pattern roller to prevent damage to the roller pattern.
