Multi-purpose furnace exhaust gas combustion waste heat utilization

Since 2000, the number of furnaces sold in the country has reached more than 100 sets per year. At present, there are thousands of sets of multi-purpose furnaces used in enterprises. Each multi-purpose furnace has an exhaust gas discharge device and an exhaust gas burner (see Figure 1). The function of the exhaust gas discharge device is to discharge the exhaust gas replaced by the new atmosphere in the furnace, and the function of the ignition burner is to fully burn the exhaust gas (mainly CO + H 2 ) to generate CO 2 + H 2 O to prevent The atmosphere poses a risk of pollution and explosion. Although this technology solves the problem of pollution discharge, the heat of long-term combustion exhaust gas is rarely used by enterprises, but is directly discharged into the atmosphere, resulting in waste of energy.
As shown in Fig. 2, a sealed heating tank 1 is prepared, and two water pipes are respectively led from the upper end and the lower side of the tank, the upper end is a return pipe 3, and the lower end is an outlet pipe 2. Install the exhaust port 4 on the return pipe, and connect the heating device such as the heating according to the actual situation. This scheme utilizes the principle of heating circulation, and the tank bracket is installed above the flame (see Fig. 1). The cold water is heated by the exhaust flame in the sealed heating tank 1, and the hot water flows from the tank through the outlet pipe 2, and the hot water is discharged from the outlet pipe. 2 Flows to the heating device, and then from the heating device through the return pipe 3 to enter the sealed heating tank 1 to heat (the return pipe 3 has a water bucket/expansion water tank), so that the hot water circulates in the system to bring the heat to the heating device. The exhaust port 4 is used for deflation of the pipeline and the sealed heating tank 1 when the water is started, and is used for normal maintenance.

This device can be used for heating in the workshop control room in winter or heating in the propane room in winter (the propane needs to absorb heat from liquid to gas, and the temperature in the north is low in winter. When the propane bottle is about 1/3 left, the vaporization rate is very slow, and even vaporization is not possible. Insufficient use of resources affects normal production). In addition, it can also be used for heating water heaters in staff showers, washing machine sinks, etc.
It is estimated that the annual combustion heat energy of each furnace is equivalent to the heat generated by the combustion of 6t standard coal. If all equipment manufacturers can fully utilize the exhaust gas combustion energy, the country can save at least 6000t of standard coal per year and reduce CO 2 emissions by about 15000t. Reduce SO 2 emissions by about 50 tons and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by about 40 tons.
