External wall insulation composite board application

External insulation composite board is mainly applied to:

(1) In the outer surfaces of various existing buildings or the exterior surface of newly-built walls, external insulation composite boards are fixed with special hanging parts, galvanized fiber board nails and adhesives on the outer wall surface, so as to meet the requirements for building energy conservation.

(2) External walls of steel structures (reinforced concrete) frame structures such as workshops and warehouses, with light keels as skeletons, galvanized fiberboard nails to hold heat-insulating composite panels to complete exterior walls on light steel dragon skeletons, available as cement light Plasterboard or plasterboard is used as the interior wall board, and the middle of the keel can be filled with insulation, sound-insulating cotton and other fillers to form a composite insulation wall.

(3) As a large-scale built-in external thermal insulation panel, when assembling the grouting template of the cast-in-situ concrete wall, the thermal insulation composite panel can be placed on the inner side of the external template and assembled and fixed according to the required concrete thickness of the wall. The stencils on both sides, the grouted insulation board and the cast-in-place concrete are integrated into one.
