Step 1. Send your detail drawing or physical samples to us
Step 2.Our engineer will make mould design based on your drawings or samples.
Step 3. Detail quotation for both mould and products.
Step 4. Test out product samples for confirmation.

Step 1. Send us the authorization letter of using your brand name.
Step 2.We will design the packing version logo per your request.
Step 3.Confirmation on the version charge.

Q1:Where your factory locates? 
A1:Our factory locates in Foshan China, it takes about one hour from Guangzhou Baiyun airport to our factory, about 40 minutes from Canton fair. 

Q2:What is your MOQ? 
A2:Our minimum order quantity is 500 KGS. 

Q3:What is your standard time to develop the new dies? 
A3:For normal size sections, we take about 8 - 12 days to fabricate the dies and 2 days for extruding & testing. We can present the qualified extrusion samples in about 13 -15 days. 

Q4:What is your lead time for production? 
A4:We can complete the orders of anodized about 10 days, powder coated are 15 to 25 days.

Q5:What color do you have ?
A5:we have sand grey, black, white,and so on, we can also customized the color, You only need to send us the color sample.

Q6:what is your package ?
A6:Sponge Paper Interleaving,Plastic Bag or Shrink Bag

Q7:can you use our moulding ?
A7:Yes, of couse,you can as below step to start:
