(1) Granulation process The process of reduction and granulation of waste plastics should be different according to the variety of plastics, even if the same plastics adopt different processes due to different equipment conditions of the products and factories. Generally speaking, there are roughly the following links:
1. Clearing and sorting.
The recycled waste materials will be picked and sorted, the impurities will be removed, the human water will be washed and washed, and then rinsed with water and dried to become a solid material.
2. Crush and shred.
The net material is pulverized by a pulverizer (compression pulverizer, impact pulverizer, shear pulverizer). The crushing method should adopt different crushing methods according to the production requirements and the nature of the plastic varieties. For example, brittle plastic is suitable for compression and impact pulverization; plastic material is suitable for shear pulverization.
3. Mixing.
The pulverized material is pulverized and placed in a mixing machine, and then additives such as a plasticizer, a stable shaving agent, a lubricant, and a coloring agent are added, and after a certain period of mixing, granulation can be performed.
4. Filtration of pellets The uniformly mixed plastics are placed in an extruder, extruded strips, and cut into pellets by a rotary knife installed at the discharge port. Or use a two-roller plasticizer to plasticize the sheet-like plastic material, and then cut into pellets by a pelletizer. Sheet materials are generally hot cut, while strip materials are usually cold cut.
(2) Production of cellulose diacetate plastic granules by using photosensitive tablets. The basic component of waste photosensitive tablets (waste film, x-ray film, photographic film) is cellulose diacetate, which is made of cellulose (cotton linters, Wood, etc.) and acetic anhydride, produced by the esterification reaction under the action of a catalyst. Since it is not suitable for recycling in the plastics industry, in the past it was common to burn waste film with fire and use its ash to extract silver. Later, after practice, the experiment successfully used the base to produce cellulose diacetate particles, which opened up a new way for the full utilization of waste photographic film.
