(4) The surface of the bath floats with oil. After the workpiece enters the groove, it is surrounded by oil stains on the surface of the bath and dirt composed of decomposition products of brighteners. This causes the plating to peel off.

(5) The degreasing of the workpiece is not complete. Some people think that zincate zinc plating is alkaline, there must be degreasing ability, pre-treatment can be sloppy.
