Analytical System of Infrared Spectra of Polymer Materials by Journal of Anqing Teachers College(Natural Science) GUO Xiangkun, ZHOU Yiming2, YAO Jie3(1. It is a cumbersome procedure and it is easy to make mistakes. This paper proposes to use Visual Basic6.0 program written by computer to solve such problems and to develop. In a small expert system, only the main spectral peaks in the actual spectrum need to be selected during use, and the program can automatically identify 47 common polymer materials with high speed and high accuracy.
Infrared spectroscopy has become a commonly used spectral analysis method in the analysis of polymer materials due to the advantages of small sample size, simple operation and no damage to the sample structure. However, the analysis of infrared spectra is a work with a large workload and difficulty. It is difficult for people without special training to complete. Although there are some widely-used infrared spectrum expert analysis systems, due to the high-molecular materials, The complexity of the diversity, especially in the specific case of synthesis of some polymer materials, requires fast and accurate results, and these expert systems are ineffective. To solve these spectral analysis problems, we used VisualBasic as the programming language, m, according to the process of identifying polymer spectra developed by Zeller and Pattacini, and designed a popular simple analytical system for the common 47 kinds of high-molecular materials infrared spectra. The design of the analytical system The system has three modules: spectral peak input, comprehensive database and spectral peak analysis. The peak input module is given by peak enumeration. As shown in the figure, the user selects according to the spectral peak on the actual spectrum. Due to the use of IntelliSense technology, when a certain spectral peak is selected, the ones that are irrelevant to this spectral peak are all shielded, and the associated spectral peaks are automatically selected or wait for further selection, so the system is more convenient for rejection of high polymer. The static database of Microsoft Access is used to store the knowledge base of infrared spectra of known polymer materials. Like a memory, generated automatically in system operation, the system is automatically shut down at the end of parsing the dynamic management module and a storage module parsing rules (optional), as shown in its working interface.
