1. All companies are required to log on to CIMT's official website for online reporting. The website was officially opened on June 15, 2018, and the deadline for submission is September 15, 2018.
2. Super Association will review all exhibit applications. For enterprises that have passed the examination, if the declared area is 27m2 or more, 30% of the advance payment shall be paid within the specified time according to the payment notice. Otherwise, it shall be regarded as invalid. The enterprise with a declared area of ​​27m2 or less shall not be required to pay the advance payment.
3. Due to the tight area of ​​the venue, the site cannot guarantee that the applicant company will get the booth or the area of ​​the application can be met. Chaoxie will do its best to apply for and distribute the exhibition, and hope that exhibitors can understand, support and cooperate.
4. All exhibitors must remit the remaining amount to the China Machine Tool Industry Association before January 15, 2019.
5. After the booth allocation work is completed, if the exhibitor proposes to cancel or partially cancel the exhibition (ie reduce the booth area), the prepaid payment will not be refunded and will not be used for any exhibition related deduction.
