Recently, researchers from the Russian State Research University of Technology (Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys), South Ural State University, and the Belarusian National Academy of Sciences jointly invented a composite material with ceramic characteristics, which has broad applications in the manufacture of information preservation devices and sensors prospect.
This composite material can control the magnetic field and electric field at the same time, and can maintain its own properties at a temperature much higher than room temperature, which helps to process information faster, better protect storage, and avoid theft of large amounts of data. Using this material, new memory carriers, sensors, inductive control devices, and other microelectronic device components that are more accurate, reliable, and need not be charged can be manufactured.
