Through long-term follow-up, we propose the following three methods to prevent dragging and slagging:
1. Control of production process 1) After cutting the rods, clean the dust on the aluminum rods with a duct to reduce the amount of coal ash that is carried in, and reduce the sources of dragging and slag inclusion;
2) The residual thickness should be enough, too thin pressure will cause the dead zone of the aluminum rod to become involved in the end of the profile, causing black drag, slag inclusion;
3) Extrusion speed should be controlled effectively, especially at the end of the deceleration process to prevent turbulent flow into the surface impurities;
4) Clearing the cylinder for each production period (at least every change of mold);
2. Adjustment of equipment and equipment 1) If the squeeze rod is not centered, the material gallbladder will be worn during the movement of the squeeze rod, which will cause defects such as gall bladder, deformation, etc.;
The central position of the mold base shall be centered on the up, down, left, and right sides. It is strictly forbidden to move the mold base for production. If the upper and lower parts are not aligned correctly, it is necessary to contact the machine repair for maintenance.
2) The size of pressed cakes should be tested regularly and replaced with new ones. For curled squeezing cakes, it will also cause blackouts, slag inclusions, etc. to be scrapped;
3) The long-term use of the material gallbladder, such as bellies and other deformation, will also cause batch scrap, such scrap in the production of a lot, need to pay attention, the new material gallbladder must be removed in the gallbladder and polishing of the liner Can be installed on the machine.
3. Adjustment of mold design and production plan 1) For planar molds, such as the PM series, diversion plates need to be installed for diversion, which reduces the feed inlet and clamps the dead zone;
2) The gallbladder mouth must fully surround the die shunt hole. The squad leader should compare each set of dies. If there is a phenomenon that the divergence hole is too large, it cannot be put into production.
3) When planning under production, it is necessary to plan according to the original machine table (with the same diameter can be used universally) of the mold section to open the mold.
