The length and distribution of glass fiber are the factors that determine the impact strength of injection molded nylon and glass fiber materials. This mainly requires special attention to the problem of screw arrangement when processing the screw of the extruder. The longer the length of the glass fiber, the more complicated the distribution of the glass fiber, the higher the impact strength.
This is a hypothesis made under the condition that the injection of nylon raw materials is certain. If the raw material base is good and the impact strength itself is at a certain height, then the impact strength is further improved and it becomes possible. Although the domestically produced pure raw materials have their own characteristics, the comprehensive performance is a low-end product. It is difficult to further improve it. This requires the support of imported materials. The imported materials are mainly based on the original intention of research and development.
