According to the "prepared" signal of the first member, a "checking equipment" password is issued.

One member

Hear Commander "''' operation, ready equipment" password, together with the duct connected to the number two members to the air outlet of the fan (suction opening), a "ready" signal.

After hearing the commander's “check equipment” password, check with the second officer to check the appearance of the air duct and fan, and send a “check completed” signal.

Second member

Hear Commander "''' operation, ready equipment" password, together with the duct connected to the air blowing port One member of the fan (suction opening).

After listening to the commander's “check equipment” password, check with the first member to check the appearance of the duct and fan.

Third member

Hear Commander "''' operation, ready equipment" password, the fan of the generator power cord into the socket.

After hearing the commander's “check equipment” password, check the generator fuel tank fuel and send a “fuel OK” signal. Then, check and check the appearance of the generator and issue a “checking completed” signal.

Note

Confirmation: Is the direction of the air supply (ventilation) correct and is securely installed?

During operation, check the generator's fuel and oil to avoid interruption of the air supply (air exhaust) operation.

(Prepare to send (row) wind)

Article 30    When sending (arresting) wind preparations, follow the following passwords and instructions.

First, the commander issued the "prepare to send (schedule) wind" password.

After the member No.1 member heard the commander's “prepare to deliver (wind) wind” password, the front port of the air duct was extended to the delivery (row) wind connection and fixed.

After the third and the second members heard the password, the second auxiliary member extended the front port of the air duct to the delivery (discharge) air connection. Be careful not to pull the air duct and return to the fan position for standby.

No.4 and No.3 members listened to the commander's “prepare to send (arrest) wind” password, and then supported the generator with his left hand, opened the damper switch with his right hand and adjusted the damper, issued a “starting engine” signal, and pressed the stop button to start. The engine, then, adjusts the engine and sends a "good" signal.

One member

Extend the front port of the air duct to the sending (winding) air connection and fix it.

 

 

Second member

Auxiliary one member will extend the front port of the air duct to the delivery (discharge) air connection, and be careful not to force the hard air duct.

 

Return to the fan position.

Third member

Hold the generator with your left hand, open the damper switch with your right hand and adjust the damper.

A "start engine" signal is issued and the engine is started by pressing the stop button.

Adjust the engine and send a "good" signal.

 

Note

In accordance with Article 27 (c) - (iv), extend the air duct.

In principle, it is not allowed to start the engine indoors or in poorly ventilated places.

 

(Operation send (row) fan)

Article 31     When sending (arranging) the wind using a blower fan, follow the following passwords and instructions.

First, the commander issued a "start sending (arrest) wind" password, after checking the operating conditions issued a "stop" password.

The second and second members heard the "start (schedule) wind" password, then turned on the fan switch and issued a "good" signal. After hearing the "stop" password, the fan switch was turned off and a "completed" signal was issued.

After the third and third members heard the “stop” password, they pressed the stop button of the generator to stop the engine from working.

After hearing the command of the commander to "send (flow)", turn on the fan switch and send a "good" signal.

 

After hearing the "stop" password, turn off the fan switch and send a "done" signal.

Third member

 

 

After hearing the "stop" password, press the generator's stop button to stop the engine.

Note

It is forbidden to use the standard type switch in the flammable gas space. When ventilating the fire site, ventilation must be observed.

Article 32     When you tidy up and send (row) fans, follow the following passwords and instructions.

First, the commander sends out the password for "shut up".

After the member No.1 heard the commander's password, he and the No.2 member decomposed the air duct, moved the duct to its original position, and returned to the operation line.

After the third and the second officer heard the commander's password for “succession”, he and the number one member together decomposed the air duct, moved the fan to its original position, and returned to the operation line.

After the number four and number three members heard the commander's password, they unplugged the fan's power plug from the socket, moved the generator to its original position and returned to the operating line.
