Electromagnetic pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve that is controlled by a pilot valve such as electromagnetic or pneumatic, which combines a solenoid valve, a pilot valve and a pulse valve, and is directly controlled by an electric signal.

The electromagnetic pulse valve is the “switch” of the blowing air path of the pulse bag filter cleaning system, and the diaphragm inside the valve body is the key to its normal operation. The diaphragm of the valve body is controlled by the pulse controller to vibrate into the street. The “impulse amount” is sprayed and cleaned, and the area controlled by the diaphragm is larger than the area of ​​the front control, and the air pressure is large. Keep the diaphragm in a critical position. The pulse controller inputs an electrical signal to cause the electromagnetic head to pick up the transport and open the unloading hole. The pressure gas controlled by the diaphragm is quickly discharged. The pressure gas controlled by the diaphragm lifts the diaphragm, opens the electromagnetic pulse valve channel into the street, and the electrical signal disappears. The spring of the electromagnetic pilot head immediately resets the opening and unloading hole, and the electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm is controlled. The gas pressure and the spring force cause the diaphragm to close the passage, the electromagnetic pulse valve stops blowing, and the resistance hole on the diaphragm is used as the resistance airflow when the pilot head moves up and the gas pressure is unloaded, when unloading When closed, the pressurized gas is quickly filled into the back cavity, so that the diaphragm closes the passage and stops blowing.

b) Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet are 180 degrees and directly controlled by electric signals;

c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: The diaphragm valve whose valve body inlet is submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by the electric signal.
